Make Better Art
We make. We show. We participate in discussions with peers in our own discipline about our work, but how can we benefit from having these discussions by people in other art/design disciplines as well as non-art/design disciplines?
Make Better Art allows undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Art and Design to explain their work and participate in informal conversations with students, faculty, and staff from various art/design and non-art/design disciplines.
Make Better Art will occur from 1p-2p at the Jenkins Fine Art Center in room 205 on the following dates:
- Friday, October 15 (last day to sign up is Friday, October 8)
- Friday, November 12 with (last day to sign up is Friday, November 12)
To participate, complete the Make Better Art registration form. Each participant will be allowed 15 or 20 minutes. Your work does not have to be complete. It could be a work-in-progress. You are responsible for mounting your own work and getting any equipment you need. Feel free to invite other students, faculty, and staff.
Light refreshments will be provided.
